Capacity building to women entrepreneurship education

Small women entrepreneurs in Kinondoni Municipal council are gathered at ward level where 50 women are empowered with economic and leadership skills for two days in each ward. Beneficiaries are also facilitated with small capital of TZS 50,000 each. Intensive follow up and supportive supervision to beneficiaries is done for three months before going to next stage.
