Agriculture | KaYD works to promote economic empowerment for youth and women through improved agricultural practices. This intervention has been also deployed to ensure food security for the small holder farmers in Kasulu district |
Health | KaYD works to improve livelihoods for pregnant and lactating mothers and children to protect their health status through promotion of nutrition in Kasulu Kigoma region. More than 3827 children, 6249 women (lactating and pregnant) mothers have been reached and improved their health |
Manufacturing | KaYD owns a vocational training center which has been used to promote employment among youth and women in Kigoma region through equipping them with vocational skills and knowledge (tailoring, carpentry and joinery, masonry and brick making, welding and metal fabrication and business skills) to ensure they get decent works |
Water | KaYD has been working for ensuring the community have access to clean and safe water by promotion of education on water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) |
